How do we place an ad?
You can complete the secure online order form or you can mail your ad copy along with a check or money order to:

Or you can fax your ad insertion order form along with credit card information to 727-507-7506. Each publication's page has rates and information along with an order form that can be printed out.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks or money orders (made payable to RPI Classifieds), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Classified advertising in all magazines must be prepaid with order. In order to receive the frequency discounts, all ads scheduled must be prepaid for in advance. There is a 35.00 service charge for returned checks.

What counts as a word?
Two initials are considered one word. Each abbreviation or symbol is considered one word and figures consisting of a dollar sign and numerals are considered one word. A zip code is considered one word and must appear in every ad that contains an address. Cities and states consisting of two or more words are considered one word. Telephone numbers with area code count as one word. Hyphenated words count as two words. Internet or email addresses count as two words. There is no charge for normal punctuation.

What are the production requirements for display advertising?
File types accepted: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Version 8 or higher (when sending EPS files, save all text as outlines). High resolution PDF file (distilled through Acrobat Distiller with fonts embedded). QuarkExpress Versions 4 and higher with all resource files (graphics, logos) and screen/printer fonts (postscript fonts ONLY) included. If ad is in color, images must be in CMYK format only (do not use RGB), 300 dpi resolution, saved as a PDF, Tiff or EPS. How do we make a change to our ad?
Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing by the closing date. Any changes or cancellations received after the closing date are not accepted.
